I did so well yesterday...and also today! yaay! I only had like 300 kcals each day and I worked out A LOT!

but I really need to find more motivation... SOS! help me, please!

A pro anorexia tip.

WOW! I find this pro ana tip very useful... it really works! I have tried it...I just forgot about it today!
Usually I make it till 40... after few hours I realise that I have forgot to count and I'm not thinking about food anymore.

Before you dig into that carton of ice cream, bag of chips, etc., take a deep breath and count to 100. Usually, by the time you stop counting you will have convinced yourself that you don't really need it.

I'm gonna frame it haha

I'm such a looser

I'm a failure!!!!! I ate chocolate today!!! I feel so guilty now... Fuck...it's my first day and I already binged...I really need to think how to punish myself...any ideas?
ps tomorrow I wont take money to university so I wont be able to eat!
Oh Good...this sucks. I would love to get that shit out of my body!

Victoria's Secret models: Exercise, Exercise, Exercise! At least 60 minutes a day. Some execrcises that a few VS models have mentioned are kick boxing, jump rope and jogging. All are veryy good and burn alot of calories. Also, try yoga. Eat healthy. Eating healthy will make you feel great, and also make you look great. Try to stay away from greasy foods like French fries, etc. Also try to stay away from sweets and sugar. Stick to fruits, vegetables, complex carbs, and drink a lot of water!

2468 diet

  • What exactly is the 2468 diet?

It is a 4 day process and instructs you to eat 200 calories on day one, 400 calories on day two, 600 calories on day three, and 800 calories on day four. Then you are instructed to repeat the process. The purpose of it is to keep your metabolism guessing because all it knows is what was consumed the day before and doesn't know what the future holds. Of course, like every other diet exercise must still be included.

Calorie shifting sounds perfect to me...I'm starting this diet tomorrow. Oh, and also I'm gonna buy a gym membership card. YAAY!

and another thing

I have really bad cravings for sweets... I can eat them all the time. Maybe I'm an addict??? Sometimes it's so hard to control myself and not to eat chocolate. I think many people have the same problem as me... yuck...WE HAVE TO BE REALLY STRICT TO OURSELVES....and I have to remember that I'm no 13 anymore when I could eat whatever I want and my ass was not getting bigger ha ha!

Bonjour skinny bitches!

Actually this is my first blog ever. That's why I'm gonna start with introducing myself.

I'm a 19 years old fashion model from Europe. I'm doing modelling for a couple of years now, but not full time though (because I have university). I think I m gonna take off next year to be a full time model. I will see how it is going. If it's going well I'm gonna continue to travel but if it's not going well than I'm gonna go back to university.
Why am I doing all this? (skipping school etc.)
Because I can earn good money with modelling (been there done that haha) and that's what I really need in this economical crisis time.
BUT (remember, there is always a 'but') I have only one problem - my weight!!! I know...you would consider me as a healthy and already skinny person. BUT NOT IN MODELLING WORLD! so I really need to get back in shape.
I used to weight 121 ponds last year. ( maybe it sounds quite a lot but I was so skinny!!! my bones are kind of heavy) I haven't been able to travel past year because of my university . and fuck!!! I have gained weight... now I weight 137 lbs. It sucks! I HAVE TO STOP THIS AND LOOSE...AND LOOSE ...AND LOOSE. people in modelling industry don't know this word GAIN... so repeat after me: I NEED TO LOOSE WEIGHT. I NEED TO LOOSE WEIGHT TO LOOK GOOD, EARN MONEY AND SIMPLY BE HAPPY! haha it sounds like a hypnosis.
